Delivery

Diamonds and Pearls Jewellery delivers Australia wide. We use Toll Overnight Express (for business or street addresses) which requires your signature on delivery/pick up and is traceable. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

We offer a flat rate shipping cost for domestic deliveries within Australia which is $35 and includes insurance.

If you are located near our retail store you will be offered the opportunity to collect your purchase directly from us. This offer will be made during the purchase process.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is processed successfully you will receive an email from our Online Consultant to confirm that we have received your order and provide the tracking information for the shipment. If the piece of jewellery needs to be custom made for you, our Online Consultant will contact you via email upon receipt of your order to indicate a delivery date.

For security reasons, if your order is placed on a Friday, over a weekend or national holiday period your order will be processed on the first business day following the holiday period. Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or public holidays. These orders will be processed the following business day.

Prior to order dispatch, goods are carefully inspected by Diamonds and Pearls Jewellery to ensure your items leave in perfect condition. Your goods are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition. In the event that your goods arrive in a damaged or less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately by email to shop@dpperth.com

DELIVERY PERIODS

For domestic orders, online purchases will be sent by Toll Overnight Express service (to business or street addresses). This service requires a signature on delivery/pick up. Please note that you must be available to sign for your package at the time of your Toll Overnight Express delivery, which will fall between the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

You will be contacted by our Online Consultant with the details of your shipment including the tracking number. If you have any queries regarding your shipment, please contact us at shop@dpperth.com

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Goods require a signature on delivery. Please ensure you nominate a suitable address (we cannot deliver to PO Boxes unfortunately) so you can receive the goods once they arrive. If you nominate a business address, you will need to include the name of the company to ensure the courier can find you easily.

We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, you will receive notification from the courier company and arrangements will be made to finalise delivery. If goods cannot be delivered and go unclaimed, they will be returned to Diamonds and Pearls Jewellery. If you require us to dispatch the package for a second time, you will be charged an additional shipping fee and the same guidelines (as above) apply to this new delivery.

Order cut off and delivery time frames are provided as a guide only. We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be late. These include strikes, natural disasters and any other reasons beyond our control.

CUSTOM MADE ORDERS

If your order is not currently in stock at the time of the order being placed, the pieces will be custom made for you. You will be notified by our Online Consultant once your order is placed with an indication of a delivery date.

If for any reason Diamonds and Pearls Jewellery is unable to fill your order, you will be notified by email and by telephone as soon as possible and we will conduct a payment reversal if the transaction has been processed. We will do our best to offer an alternative product.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

As we endeavour to ship purchases as soon as possible after an order is received, we will only accept a cancellation by you if we receive written notice of your intention to cancel before the items have been dispatched or made to order. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel your order and you must then follow our returns procedure and return the goods in new and unused condition to receive a refund for the sale amount.

SALES TAXES / HANDLING CHARGES

For all merchandise purchased through Diamonds and Pearls Jewellery, a mandatory 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is payable by Australian law. For all Australian residents or Australian shipping addresses, the 10% GST will be included in your order subtotal and processed at the time of sale processing.
